Firstly apologies for posting this into the forum on such a non aviation or in any way related to fsopen manner... but in my hour of need I feel I can turn to you guys! :) I'm completely stuck trying to sort out my computer, and just wondered if anyone has this laptop too? Well, basically I have some virus, its caused FSX to continual show 'fatal error', I cant use basic things like media player, and I defintely cant use system restore. My first thought was to just get the recovery disc from acer, turns out thats £50!! Not too impressed with that! So I'm basically after some insightful knowledge on the problem or a copy of a recovery disc. I think I may ask some sellers on ebay if they might be able to make me one! I've searched high and low on the internet for solutions... trying to restore in safe mode... trying a program called NTI Backup - EVERYTHING! Failed across the bored :( :( |

You may need to boot into safe mode and correct any drivers. |
