Hey all,

I am from Northern Ireland, and i have noticed that the majority of events etc happens over seas in the mainland of the UK. I was wondering, will there ever be an event that is held either in Belfast, Dublin or even Cork? Cork airport for example is an excellent choice to prove yourselves of your abilities as the airport is always clouded in with fog. I know there might not be much scenery around northern ireland compared to the rest of the UK however we have the mourne mountains which look good at sun set and also the giants causeway. It's just a thought, but hopefully someone can shed some let in this idea?

Many thanks
Patrick

Hello.

We actually host Pro ATC nights in Ireland quiet often. If you would like to plan a VFR event then the person to catch is Laurence Woodside in Teamspeak .

Hi Patrick,

We have held numerous events based in ireland. Dublin, Cork, Belfast and Shanon airports have all featured in events. However, it doesn't mean to say that we wont visit again, I try to cover as many places as I can all over the world. We will be featuring airports within the British Isles for a week at a time and I will include one of the irish airports.

Regards

Hey Craig.

I will have to look at that and possible give it a try and see how it goes. Im not big into VFAS as i dont know much about it as yet although ill probably look into it aswell.

We shall have to set a date and a time then to have a session. Any aircraft does me although i prefer the 737-400, i guess it's just because i use it often.

Patrick
