Gordon Thorpe 6th Oct 2011 15:07:29 | WHY A COMPLETE MAKEOVER
over the last 2 years i have run it by myself & as it has expanded just put bits & pieces on & its got all jumbled up, it has also got to big for me to run on my own,so i have set up a system of hub managers , a paint manager & added new hubs around the world. this has been done so no matter how much we expand it can be done easy. THIS IS THE NEW SET UP DIRECTORS GORDON THORPE LAURENCE WOODSIDE BRANDON ALLMAN HUBS & MANAGERS EGBB England Gordon & Laurence EHAM Holland CARGO zack iddo FS2005 KBOS USA regional Joe meranda FS008 RJTT japan Mohammad freigoun FS222 KPIT USA long haul Brandon allman FS928 LIMC Italy Darren carey FS669 PAINT ARTIST Daryl thorne FS114 THE FLEET WE NOW HAVE 138 AIRCRAFT 27 DIFFERENT TYPES VAFS CODE AIRCRAFT A4F ANTINOV AN 24 BK3 KING AIR 350 BES BEACHCRAFT 1900C E58 BEACHCRAFT BARON 510 CITATION MUSTANG LR4 LEARJET 45XR AT7 ATR 72-500 CRJ CRJ-700 PAX 772 BOEING 777 200 PAX SSC CONCORD DC1 DOUGLAS DC10-30 PAX 77F BOEING 777 FREIGHTER 74Y BOEING 744 CARGO 73B BOEING 737 CARGO 38F AIRBUS A380 FREIGHTER S34 SAAB 340B 76F BOEING 767 FREIGHTER 744 BOEING 747 400-PAX 738 BOEING 737 800-PAX 380 AIRBUS 380 PAX 752 BOEING 757 200-PAX MFI DOUGLAS MD11 FREIGHTER 318 AIRBUS 318-PAX 320 AIRBUS 320 200 PAX 763 BOEING 767 300-PAX 748 BOEING747-800 PAX 343 AIRBUS A340-300 PAX all the tail no. let you no what hub the aircraft belongs to i.e. FSI-001 = ITALY FSH-001 = HOLLAND ECT. i have also made the Learjet, king air, beach craft baron & the mustang all have 5 seats so you can flight any of these planes on any of there routes, you can also flight any route with a different plane as long as it has enough seats as the original plane the route was set for . i.e. use a 747 on a 737 route but not a 737 on a 747 route WE WILL SLOWLY BE GETTING FS SKINS FOR ALL OUR PLANES THANKS TO DARYL FLIGHT NO. the flight no will represent the hub that the aircraft belong to FSE=ENGLAND FSA USA REGIONAL KPIT USA LONG HAUL FSH HOLLAND FSI ITALY & FSJ JAPAN ALL FLIGHTS OVER 4,000 MILES WILL START WITH FSLH these will be in number order 001-999 at each hub the reason for doing this is so when you go into VAFS & click on route no. it will show them in hub order i.e. if you want to fly out of a certain hub they will be all together (i still have about 300 route no,s to change at egbb this is about 10 hrs work ,i will get it done over the next 2 wks.) CONTRACT FLIGHTS this is a feature that has been recently added & it seems like a good succssess we will be featuring all our hubs on these flights 1 week at each hub in turn,so we should visit each hub every 6 wks this means we can cover the contract flights almost anywhere in the world I HOPE YOU ENJOY YOUR REBUILT AIRLINE & A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE MANAGERS THAT HAS HELP ME TO PUT ALL THIS TOGETHER, WE ARE NOW READY FOR ANY EXPANSION THAT MIGHT COME OUR WAY LAST MONTH WE REACHED OVER 2,000 HOURS AN ALLTIME RECORD |
James Milligan ![]() 6th Oct 2011 22:03:24 | Thanks for that Gordon. I'm sure the VA will now operate much more smoothly. I'll happily join it and help get some flights done every so often. |
