Laurence Woodside ![]() 18th Oct 2011 20:30:08 | Hi guys
As you will have seen of late we have been having a tidy up and updating the website etc. We have been extremely busy working in the background and soon came to the conclusion that we cant do everything by ourselves. To that end we have decided to create a number of positions as Assistant Managers to help with the day to day running of FSOpen. The Assistant Managers will have the ability to edit Teamspeak channels, event information, be on hand to help with events, to help members with any quires and most importantly sign up new players to FSOpen. So very soon you will see a number of members who will be our new assistant managers. Gordon and I are pleased to announce that Joe Clifford is now an Assistant Manager. Joe has already worked extremely hard is helping with our tidy up. Welcome to the team Joe. |
Zack Iddo ![]() 18th Oct 2011 22:44:25 | Will there only be 1 assistant, how do you apply ? |
John Godfrey ![]() 18th Oct 2011 23:14:40 | Congrats Joe :)!!!!!! |
Nigel Harvey ![]() 19th Oct 2011 11:22:49 | Congrats Joe.
Although writing this is extremely hard, it seems so unnatural to praise Joe ;-) I would like to say this: Joe - you have been unbelievably helpful to me progressing my ATC skills, developing the initial skills Steff helped me with. Whenever we chat, you are always so positive about the future of FSOpen and it is evident to all the amount of work you are putting into the Academy which no doubt will be an enormous success. Best of luck in this new role, you have my full support. Regards, Nigel |
