Here's a very good video that has a rookie pilot on this route being guided by an experienced 'Paro' pilot... you get some approach method info...

Now, ....do you think you can do this ????

The new scenery is looking great! But I'm just wondering, The page has FS2004 all over it, does that mean the scenery wont be for FSX???

Yup... I boobed, Someone was saying the other day that Thai Creations were making an update version for FSX. I thought this was info on it... it appears that they are updating to FSX but have no idea of release date yet....

Got to be the best landing video i've seen ever.

That plane in video 2 looked like it said 'drunkair', it wouldn't surprise me if your going to try that landing.

Ergonomics didn't come into play when they designed that airport, either that or the designers were suicidal.

Ahh well, makes for a good viewing haha.

On a serious note, at which point in the approach is the minimums for a go around and what maneovering capability would be available given the drastic left turn on final.?

Mad.

Can any one help......

The link below takes you to a download of a nice version of 'Paro Airport - Bhutan' for 2004, but works in FSX and also a mesh download for part of the Himalayas at better resolution...

The only problem is the airport is set at 7609' when in real life it's classed as 7333'. The position of the airport is a bit off as well according to Google Earth. (Taking coords from the very start of runway 15)

Can anyone lower the airport and move it to correct co-ords for us... ?????

Should be easy for some,
Thanks.....
