Graeme Brown   17th Apr 2012 06:29:12 | Bizzare story about a co-pilot who fell asleep in the cockpit, appears to have been woken by a TCAS warning, and then mistook the planet Venus for an oncoming plane. He then puts the plane into a steep dive injuring quite a few passengers.
