| night time server | |
Zack Iddo   20th Jun 2012 22:45:36 | Just wanted to test this out im going to trail an fsopen server through the night from 00:00 when it gets switched off until about 8:30 morning when it gets switched back on.
the server should show up on the homepage of the website near the bottom and its called simply FSopen.co.uk NIGHT Now at the moment it is only accessible to 10 players. as this is a trail I will see how it goes. |

Gordon, i dont think Zack is trying to open a Official Nightserver for us FSopen pilots, but he's using the free to use server software we can all download. he just called it fsopen server because fsopen (Dave Wave) published it. that's what i think. correct me if i'm wrong ^^ Cheers! Anybody can use the hosting software, but saying you are hosting on behalf of any group when you're not is obviously confusing to users. Anybody can host sessions, but if you want to host using the name of an established group, I suggest you check with them first. Lesson learnt by all. |

it wasn't trying to rip off fsopen it was just for a challenge. |
