i have 3 Monitors Running At 5760 by 1080 latest drivers graphics card is the Saphire 5870 running one monitor on an active port and the other 2 monitors running dvd-d all works great' apart from i have no main dashboard on any of my planes i get a part vitual dash on f9 but just an open space on f10.if i press the w to get the altimetre its all ilongated and unreadable, and also a permenent active mouse I.E keeps trying to load something if that makes sense.. thanks in advance for reading this post and your help regards Pete |
Matthew Firth 14th Feb 2010 17:49:14 | Pete,
FSX isn't designed to run on multiple screens, so I am presuming you are streching the window over 3 screens? I believe Peter Dowson has an app for it. Search around:- http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.html |
Pete Gardner 14th Feb 2010 20:27:25 | Hi Matthew
Thanks For Your Reply Mate ,will have a look on peters site and see what he has to say,it looks really good on the 3 monitor set up. what it actully does in eyefinity it makes the 3 monitors into one panaramic monitor, there is a few ppl on U-tube flying with it but thay don't list any problems..looked on the ATI site for compatabillity but it does not list fsx which is a shame... i normally run 3 monitors and have the gprs and atc on one monitor main dash f10 on the other monitor and then i can use the centre monitor for virtual dash or outside views which is great, but eyefinity is so cool it would be nice to get it working... regards and thanks Pete |
