Hi,
I am trying to decide what Boeing 767 add on i should buy. I have two options, Just Flight CLS 767 or the Level D 767. If anybody has got any of these products please could you tell me what you think of them and how complicated they are to fly. Thankyou.
Liam.

I have flown the Level D sim for over a year and I think its a great version and is the one to go for if you want to really get into learning about aircraft systems and FMC's, and the like. There are at least a couple of us that fly it in our sessions.

I have the CaptainSim version which is rubbish !! avoid that !

CLS looks okay but I like the realism of the Level D.

Also there is a series of in-depth tutorials with the Level D and, for REALLY advanced stuff you can get the 'Angle of Attack' tuition dvd specifically for the Level D sim (they also do one for the PDMG 747).

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I have got the captain sim 757, do you know if level d 767 is anything like that, e.g. auto pilot, systems, etc.

Hi Liam... all 3 versions have full auto pilot and configurable systems. I preferred the flight model in Level D as well as the realistic systems and wealth of support material that's available.

There are various forums on the net which have dicussed the merits of each 767 version. If you Google "CLS Level D " ... you should come across these.

Also, Level D has been out the longest which means any bugs have been ironed out and it flies a dream.

The other aspect is that as some of us already have the Level D so, when we 'meet' at airports, you would see the true flight model we each have.

+1 for the Level D iv had this aircraft for some time and it is a brilliant addon i also own the CS 767 which is also really good if not a little resource hogging
The Level D will give you a better experiance overall and with the VC cockpit addon looks as polished as some of the newer realeases.

Hi liam i bought mine from flight 1 as far as i know they are the only retailers of the level d unless you could find a retail store. i bought mine as a download and have had no issues with it and you get to fly it sooner that way.
