| Taxiways now in flight strip software | |

The map for Sid's Stars in flight strip now also shows the runway and taxiways for the airport you are controlling. Next job is to add the taxiway letters. Quite easy. Next job is to add the aprons and possibly gates. (Can you see where I'm going with this?) After that it shouldn't be too hard to add planes in, either connecting to fsx on the same machine, or and I really want to do this, by polling fsx running on another machine) ATC will then have a map of the airport where ever you are in the world, with SIDs, STARs, numbered taxi ways and the position of every plane. For now I'm concentrating on ground ATC as this is where fsx lacks. It also save people having to buy FScommander which I think we can do better as far as using it for covering ATC ground goes. Once finished I'll drop the same map into pilot assistant so pilots then have a map of where the gates/taxiways are. Since the data comes off my database and not from your own version of fsx we will all have the same taxiways and stand numbers. The version just released in flight strip is an early prototype and the colours are for my benefit and will be changed at a later date. You may get errors with this version (I've only tested it for 5 mins) If you do, then don't use the map lol |

Has Aprons and taxiway letters attached. Very much work in progress but may serve some use at is. Even if it's just to make you laugh lol. The graphics will be tided up later honest! Gate's and parking next I think. |

Need to add gate numbers, thinking of right click to display or/and zoom in really close to see them all. Also arrows to show direction of gate/parking Also need to add Taxi lines, think I might have missed something. It's looking really hideous at the moment lol. |
