First I'd like to say hi, and second, an apology to whoever tried speaking to me on Sun through the Teamspeak sw. I didnt have a mike attached and had only just installed it. Still finding my way with FSX. I cant seem to get pilot assistant working either. Keeps coming back with a failed password :( Toby |

Welcome to FSopen! With pilot assistant use the same password that you use for logging into the website, like you did to post this topic. Check you are not using a proxy server in internet explorer. |

What protocols does PA use. I dont really want to leave my proxy turned off Cheers guys |
| Dave Wave 9th Mar 2010 23:01:23 | PA just uses normal web (TCP:80) which is prob why you have trouble with your proxy.
I'd always recommend not using a proxy at home. |

Still using proxy but in transparent mode. Thanks Dave :) The proxy saves a lot of bandwidth on my BB as i only have 25gb per month. |
